Atmosphere's Hospitality Management is experienced in asset management for distressed hotels. We have a proven track record in receiverships and property operational reviews for institutional lenders. When working with the owner or lending institutions, we will work efficiently and quickly to identify problem areas within the asset.
Our goal is to quickly diagnose issues within operations, sales and marketing, and the physical plant. Through a multi level approach to analyze the hotels current position with their direct sales initiatives, market performance, online efforts, global distributions systems and brand programs, we are able to create strategies to make an immediate positive impact on hotel revenue with minimal expense. In conjunction with immediately implementing disciplined cost controls.
We formulate tactical plans; engage the General Manager, and Director of Sales with assertive, proven strategies and action steps; maintain accountability to implement all of the necessary action steps and communicate progress to the asset manager and owner.
Once we stabilize the asset, typically three to six months, we work with the owner and asset manager in developing further revenue generating plans to maximize the properties future potential. Atmosphere will take the property to the next level in solid real estate positioning for rebranding and or assisting the owner and lender with marketing the distressed hotel.
